It is possible to deploy a VM to the Hacking-Lab cyber range. However such VM’s have a big disadvantage over docker containers, they will be shared amongst all HL users. Thus, please write docker images and do not provide VMs

If there is no other way than providing a Virtual Machine, Hacking-Lab can add them to the Cyber Range. We configure them as follow

• Non-Persistent Disk

• Revert every 2, 4, 8 or 24 hours

Manual Revert

Users with the Manager role applied can revert such VM’s using the Hacking-Lab Cyber Range. Other than that, the scheduler will automatically revert the VM every couple of hours.
