Introduction

IT security also plays an important role for SwissRe. As one of the largest reinsurers, SwissRe has organized a Cyber Challenge on the Hacking Lab Platform. Specialists had 24 hours to deal with 10 cyber security challenges from various cyber security topics.

Cloud Hacking Workstation

Hacking-Lab provided a Kali Linux-based cloud hacking workstation so that SwissRe employees did not have to install any hacking tools on their company PCs. The employees could access the Cloud Hacking Workstation via their browser and solve the challenges.

Summary

Employees responded very positively to SwissRe's offer. It was very much appreciated that one could deal with hacking and the defense against hacker attacks.
